 We serve children and youth ages 5–20. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each age group, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. 

  Yes! SincereCare is proudly women-owned and has over 15 years of experience providing holistic, trauma-informed care for youth with complex needs. 

 Our programs are offered in Cleveland, Ohio, at our center-based facility, in the community, and in-home settings when applicable. We also provide safe, reliable transportation for approved outings. 

 Programs are carefully structured to balance fun, education, physical activity, and social-emotional growth. Activities are tailored to each child’s age, ability, and interests. 

 Summer Camp provides youth with:

• Community excursions (parks, museums, botanical gardens)
• Sports and fitness activities
• STEM and educational enrichment
• Arts, crafts, and team-building exercises
• Recreational activities and movie days

 Your child must be Medicaid eligible, between ages 0–20, and have an approved CANS assessment and a 1915(c) waiver. Our team can guide you through the eligibility and enrollment process. 

All programs are staffed with trained professionals following trauma-informed practices. Staff-to-youth ratios meet or exceed state requirements, and safety protocols are strictly enforced. 

 We provide reliable transportation, trained chaperones, and detailed planning for all outings. Activities are supervised at all times, and safety guidelines are followed for every excursion.
